Data Deletion
You can ask Quirae to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. That includes conversations with the Quirae Facebook Page and our Messenger assistant. It is free, and you do not need a Quirae account to ask.

How to request deletion

    Send us a request

    Email privacy@quirae.com with the subject "Data deletion request", or use our contact form. You can also type "delete my data" to the Quirae Facebook Page, and a team member will pick it up.

    Tell us which data is yours

    For a Messenger chat, give the name on your Facebook account and roughly when you messaged us. For an account, give the email or phone number you signed up with. We only use this to find your records.

    We delete it and confirm

    We confirm we received your request within 3 business days and finish the deletion within 30 days. Then we reply to tell you it is done.

What we delete

Messenger conversations

Every message you sent the Quirae Facebook Page and every reply from our assistant or staff, plus the details you shared in that chat.

Seller applications

Applications you filed through Messenger or on our website, if they were not approved.

Your Quirae account

Your profile, saved addresses, wishlist and rewards record.

What we may have to keep

Philippine tax law requires us to keep records of completed orders, payments and seller payouts for several years. If you bought or sold on Quirae, we keep only those transaction records, and only for as long as the law requires. Everything else is deleted. If you only chatted with us on Messenger, there is nothing we need to keep.

Deleting the chat in Messenger

Deleting the conversation in the Messenger app removes it from your inbox only. It does not delete our copy, so send us a request as described above. Meta handles its own copy of Messenger data under Meta's Privacy Policy.
