By accessing and using Quirae ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Quirae is a premium online marketplace for wellness and lifestyle products. We supply nutritional supplements, skincare, and lifestyle solutions, with a free membership program offering store-credit rewards for referrals.
Important: Quirae is the sole authorized seller on this platform. We do not allow third-party sellers to list or sell products through our systems to ensure quality and brand integrity.

Rewards Program
Member Rewards
Members may earn store credit on qualifying orders placed by members they referred. Rewards are credited to your Quirae account, are not cash, are not withdrawable, and may be adjusted for returns, chargebacks, fraud investigations, or compliance breaches.
Prohibited Activities
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Making unverified income or health claims.
- Spamming, mass unsolicited communications, or deceptive marketing tactics.
- Violating intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights.
- Engaging in fraud, illegal conduct, or activities that damage Quirae's reputation.
- Operating multiple accounts to game rewards or promotional programs.
Termination
Voluntary Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time. All outstanding obligations (orders, fees, compliance matters) survive termination until resolved.
Company Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, illegal activity, fraud, or actions deemed detrimental to Quirae or its community.
