By accessing or using Quirae ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
About Quirae
The Platform is operated by Quirae Trading Industry OPC (TIN 814-006-644-00000), San Luis, Batangas, Philippines ("Quirae", "we", "us").
Quirae is a curated online marketplace. Products are listed and sold by independent Philippine sellers that we vet and approve before they can sell, and every listing is reviewed before it goes live. Quirae runs the Platform, accepts payment for orders and provides customer support.
Unless a listing names Quirae as the seller, the product is sold by the seller shown on the listing, and that seller is responsible for the product, its description and its delivery. Quirae does not manufacture, store or inspect the products sold by sellers.
Your Account
Account Creation
You may browse and check out as a guest. An account is needed for the member dashboard, order history and rewards. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Account Security
Keep your password private and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Orders, Prices and Payment
Product Information
Product descriptions, photos and specifications are provided by sellers. We review listings, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or error-free, and availability can change without notice.
Prices
Prices are in Philippine pesos. The total you pay, including shipping, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Payment
Payments are processed by licensed third-party payment providers. Quirae does not store your full card details. You may also apply store credit from your Quirae account at checkout where it is available.
Cancellations
If a seller cannot fulfil an item, the item or order may be cancelled. Anything you paid for it is refunded, and any store credit used is returned to your Quirae account.
Shipping and Delivery
Each seller ships its own items. If your order includes items from more than one seller, they arrive in separate parcels, and a flat shipping fee applies to each seller's parcel. The fees are shown at checkout.
Delivery times depend on the seller, the courier and your location, and any timeline we show is an estimate. If a parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with the seller and courier to resolve it.
Returns and Refunds
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receipt, unopened and in their original packaging. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, and any store credit used is returned to your Quirae account. Membership and Rewards
Joining
Membership is free. No purchase is needed to join or to take part in the rewards program.
Store Credit
Members may earn store credit on qualifying orders placed by people they referred, including purchases made through the member's personal storefront link. Store credit is a thank-you, not income. It is not cash, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and can only be used on Quirae. We may adjust or reverse store credit for returns, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud or breaches of these Terms.
Storefront Links and Recognition
Your storefront link is a way to share products you like. It does not make you a seller, an employee or an agent of Quirae. Recognition ranks shown in your dashboard are a mark of standing only and carry no cash value.
Changes to the Program
We may change or end the rewards program. Store credit already earned stays in your account under the rules that applied when it was earned.
Selling on Quirae
Sellers must apply and be approved before listing products, and they are bound by a separate seller agreement and its fee schedule in addition to these Terms. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings, for selling only genuine products they are authorized to sell, for shipping orders on time, and for complying with Philippine law, including consumer protection, product safety and tax requirements.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform to:
- Make income, earnings or health claims about Quirae, its rewards or any product.
- List or sell counterfeit, unsafe, prohibited or misdescribed products.
- Send spam or unsolicited mass messages, or market deceptively.
- Infringe intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy rights.
- Commit fraud or act unlawfully.
- Open multiple accounts or self-refer to game rewards or promotions.
Suspension and Termination
By You
You may close your account at any time. Orders, refunds and other obligations already in progress continue until they are resolved.
By Quirae
We may suspend or close accounts, and remove listings, for breaches of these Terms, fraud, unlawful activity or conduct that harms shoppers, sellers or Quirae.
Disclaimers
Product Disclaimer
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement or wellness routine.
No Income Opportunity
Quirae membership is not a business opportunity. Store credit is not income, and nothing on the Platform promises earnings of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Quirae is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have as a consumer under Philippine law, including the Consumer Act and the Internet Transactions Act.
Privacy
We handle personal data in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how to request access or deletion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be brought before the proper courts of Batangas, without prejudice to any remedy available to consumers before government agencies.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Platform, our programs or the law change. We will post the updated Terms here with a new date and announce material changes. Continuing to use the Platform after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
